Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
Physical ability to perform cleaning duties including bending, kneeling, and lifting 20 lbs
Willingness to work Monday through Friday day shifts
Residency within approximately 30 minutes of Mesa, AZ
Pass a background check
Dependable and punctual work history

Job Qualifications

Experience with residential cleaning preferred
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

Clean residential homes and apartments including bathrooms, kitchens, floors, and common areas
Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize using company-provided supplies and equipment
Follow checklists and quality standards to ensure a professional clean
Provide friendly and professional service to clients
Manage travel efficiently between client homes across the East Valley
Maintain reliable communication and report any issues promptly
Uphold company policies and safety standards at all times
