Job Requirements
- At least 18 years of age
- Valid driver’s license required
- Available Monday to Friday from 7:45 am to 5:00 pm and two weekend days per month
- Own a vehicle for work
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse candidates
- Willingness to work in person at the Virginia Beach office
Job Qualifications
- Prior experience in recruitment or human resources
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or recruitment software
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
Job Duties
- Attract and recruit qualified candidates for cleaning positions
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with applicants
- Manage job postings and recruitment advertising
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment database
- Facilitate new employee onboarding and training sessions
- Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs
- Promote the company culture and employee benefits to potential hires
