Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
Complete a background check
Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 7:45 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. or sometimes later if work dictates
Must be able to communicate with clients
Bilingual preferred

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience a plus but not required
Ability to work physically demanding tasks such as mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
Strong communication and customer service skills
Bilingual preferred for improved client communication
Ability to work well in a team environment
Willingness to learn and follow standardized cleaning processes

Job Duties

Clean customers homes according to Molly Maid standards
Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
Manage the teams schedule and drive safely (for team leads)
Maintain equipment and ensure the car is loaded with appropriate housekeeping supplies (for team leads)
Follow a proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
Work as part of a team to deliver consistent cleaning services
Adhere to company policies and safety standards
