Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- complete a background check
- physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- available to work Monday through Friday during the day between 8am and 6pm
- must be able to communicate effectively with clients
- valid driver’s license required for driving company vehicles
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- ability to learn and follow established cleaning procedures
- excellent communication skills
- attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- ability to work well within a team environment
- valid driver’s license preferred for team lead roles
- ability to work Monday through Friday daytime hours
- bilingual preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers’ homes according to Molly Maid standards
- follow our process to delight every customer
- communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- make customers feel cared for to ensure repeat business
- for team leads, manage the team’s schedule and drive safely
- maintain housekeeping equipment and ensure the company car is adequately stocked with supplies
- provide excellent customer service and respond to client needs promptly
