Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to perform housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm
- Valid US driver's license
- Ability to communicate with clients, bilingual English/Spanish preferred
Job Qualifications
- Experience in house cleaning or a similar role preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients
- Good physical condition to perform housekeeping tasks
- Valid US driver's license for those driving company vehicles
- Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Maintain equipment and ensure the company car is loaded with appropriate supplies
- Exhibit teamwork and maintain a great attitude with a focus on customer service
- For team leads - manage the team's schedule, drive safely, and interact with customers as needed
