Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Completed background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, and perform housekeeping tasks
- Available to work Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Bilingual preferred
- Willingness to follow cleaning procedures
- Team-oriented mindset
Job Qualifications
- No prior cleaning experience required
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm
- Valid driver's license preferred for team lead positions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work physically demanding tasks
- Bilingual preferred but not required
- Ability to follow a detailed cleaning process
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Delight customers with a simple and proven cleaning process
- Earn tips in addition to base wages
- If a team lead - manage the team's schedule and drive safely
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure vehicles are properly stocked
- Provide excellent customer service to foster repeat business
