Job Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Complete a background check
- Physical ability to mop, vacuum, dust, work overhead, and complete housekeeping tasks
- Availability to work Monday through Friday during the day, 8am to 5pm
- Valid driver’s license if applying for team lead position
- Must be able to communicate with clients
Job Qualifications
- No prior experience required
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday, 8am to 5pm
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Attention to detail
- Physically able to perform housekeeping tasks
- Bilingual preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Clean customers' homes according to Molly Maid standards
- Communicate with customers and others in a friendly, positive, and professional manner
- Follow a proven cleaning process to ensure customer satisfaction
- Drive company vehicle safely and manage team schedules (team lead only)
- Maintain cleaning equipment and ensure company car is stocked with necessary supplies (team lead only)
