Job Requirements

Legally authorized to work in the United States
complete a background check
physical ability to mop vacuum dust work overhead and complete housekeeping tasks
available to work Monday through Friday during the day 7am to 4pm
bilingual preferred able to communicate with clients
valid driver’s license for those applying for team lead roles

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
ability to work as part of a team
good communication skills
ability to follow detailed instructions and cleaning processes
ability to work in various home environments
customer service skills
valid driver’s license preferred for team lead positions

Job Duties

Clean customers homes according to Molly Maid standards
communicate with customers and others in a friendly positive and professional manner
follow a proven cleaning process to delight customers
maintain attention to detail while performing house cleaning tasks
if team lead, manage the teams schedule and drive safely
if team lead, maintain equipment and ensure the company car is loaded with appropriate supplies
earn tips by delivering excellent customer service
