This freelance opportunity is ideal for certified or licensed chefs who want to share their culinary expertise with discerning customers in luxury residential settings. As a Flamingo Pro Chef, you will be responsible for facilitating a wide variety of cooking classes such as sushi, pasta, desserts, Italian cuisine, and more. These sessions are designed to be interactive, educational, and fun, providing residents with memorable culinary experiences. Beyond classes, you may also have the chance to cater exclusive events, enhancing the resident engagement offerings.\n\nThis role requires a professional who is upbeat, engaging, and able to serve as the vibrant face of Flamingo during scheduled events. Candidates must be available Monday through Friday evenings from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, along with potential weekend availability for special events. As an integral part of the event experience, chefs are expected to arrive early for setup, ensure timely start and finish of all activities, and contribute to post-event feedback and data tracking. Communication skills are vital, as the role involves consistent interaction with the Flamingo team via phone and email. This freelance position offers a competitive pay rate ranging from $300 to $500 or more per event, with rates varying based on event size and duration.
