Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in food preparation preferred
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Ability to stand for extended periods

Job Duties

Prepare and cook KFC's menu items including the world-famous chicken following standardized recipes and quality standards
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment ensuring all equipment is properly cleaned and sanitized
Collaborate with team members to manage products needed to fulfill guest orders contributing to a positive and efficient kitchen atmosphere
Ensure all food items meet proper temperature and quality standards
Maintain efficient workflow and minimize food waste through portion control
Monitor and report equipment malfunctions to ensure seamless kitchen operations through KFC standards
