This role is designed for hourly associates who will perform a variety of duties throughout the restaurant. Although associates are generally hired to start in one primary role, they are encouraged and trained to become proficient in multiple areas of restaurant operations. The job demands physical capability, as it involves frequent lifting and moving of items weighing up to 10 pounds, with some roles requiring handling weights of up to 55 pounds. Associates must be able to bend, twist, kneel, and stand for extended periods, work in noisy and sometimes outdoor environments, and safely operate near mechanical parts and potentially hazardous materials. Punctuality and flexibility are essential, as associates are expected to work three 10-hour shifts when needed.
