The role of Production Team Partner – Soiled Linen Sorter at UniFirst is essential to maintaining the quality and efficiency of laundried linens returned to customers. This position is situated within the Production Department, a team-oriented environment focused on the proper accounting, sorting, and preparation of soiled items for laundering. Candidates joining this role can expect a stable five-day workweek with weekends off, supporting an excellent work-life balance. Job Requirements
- High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
- Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units of weight measurement, volume, and distance

Job Duties
- Count soiled wipers, cloths, aprons, towels, etc. coming back from customer stops
- Ensure all soiled items are accounted for to get properly laundered, folded, and returned to the customer
- Report processes accurately
- Maintain a clean work area
- Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines
- Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management
