The Brooklyn Heights, Ohio location of UniFirst is currently offering an exciting opportunity for hardworking and reliable individuals to join their team as Production Team Partners in the Pre-Tunnel Inspection Department. This is a full-time position that offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $13.85 to $16.50, depending on candidate skills and experience. In addition, there is a generous new hire incentive bonus of $250, payable after 180 days of employment for eligible candidates meeting specific attendance and performance guidelines during the probationary period. As a Production Team Partner, your primary responsibility will be to conduct thorough inspections of garments as they move through the steam tunnel, ensuring they meet UniFirst’s rigorous 20-point quality inspection standards. You will work collaboratively with your team to maintain the highest levels of quality assurance while adhering to safety policies and health guidelines.
