Job Requirements
- high school graduate preferred
- one year of experience in a food production environment with responsibility of food production and cooking
- ability to read, interpret, and expand recipes
- ability to stand for entire shift
- ability to lift up to 50 pounds routinely
- able to push and pull carts
- able to bend and stretch to place pans in and out of ovens
- able to work in a sanitary environment
Job Qualifications
- high school graduate preferred
- graduate of approved culinary program preferred
- ability to read, interpret, and expand recipes
- one year of experience in food production environment with responsibility of cooking and food preparation
Job Duties
- plan food preparation following approved recipes and production sheets
- season, portion, and cook food ensuring quality and freshness
- maintain a sanitary kitchen environment
- minimize food waste during preparation
- work in various kitchen areas as scheduled
- adhere to safety standards to prevent cuts, burns, slips, and falls
- report to Chef Manager or designee
