This Production Supervisor role based in Vernon, CA is a key leadership position within Keurig Dr Pepper's manufacturing operations. The role offers a full-time night shift schedule from 4:30 pm to 4:30 am, Wednesday through Saturday, with flexibility required for additional coverage including potential weekends and holidays. The supervisor is responsible for the overall performance of multiple high-speed production lines during their shift, leading a team of around 20 production employees. The position requires not only strong leadership skills but also a deep understanding of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement processes. The Production Supervisor will collaborate closely with plant management and cross-functional teams such as Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities to ensure efficient, safe, and quality-driven production workflows. Employee safety is emphasized as the highest priority, ensuring every action is taken to get employees home safely every day.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
- Experience with lean manufacturing and continuous improvement required
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel and Word
- Familiarity with SAP or similar ERP systems preferred
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback
- Availability to work night shifts from 4:30 pm to 4:30 am, Wednesday to Saturday
- Flexibility to cover additional hours, weekends, and holidays as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience in manufacturing, preferably food and beverage industry
- Experience with lean manufacturing, pull and visual systems, TPM, and continuous improvement tools
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Knowledge of productivity tracking
- Experience with SAP or similar systems preferred
- Comfortable developing and delivering group presentations
- Skilled at providing actionable positive and corrective feedback
Job Duties
- Ensures a safe workplace is maintained and there is a safety mindset in all operational activities
- Supervise up to 20 or more production employees
- Hire, schedule, and supervise full time and temporary staff
- Follow all company policies, ergonomic standards, and safety requirements
- Oversee process documentation and training procedures to ensure consistency and workplace cleanliness
- Ensure quality product production and adherence to quality processes
- Collaborate with Quality Control, Engineering, Maintenance, and Facilities to improve quality and efficiency
- Track productivity and shift efficiency and implement improvements
- Operate within budgeted production costs using lean manufacturing and cross training
- Oversee inventory control procedures to maintain accuracy
- Perform timely quarterly and annual performance reviews
- Report food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance issues and initiate corrective actions as necessary
- Ensure the production of safe and wholesome products with trained designees
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
