The role offered is a supervisory position focused on managing daily operational activities within a manufacturing environment related to mining, stone/sand processing, or cement plants. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing work plans, overseeing raw material handling, production inventory, quality management, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety regulations. Leadership duties include managing a team of hourly employees, coordinating safety training, maintaining regulatory interfaces, and addressing employee and public relations concerns.

This position requires a proactive leader equipped to ensure efficient, safe, and compliant production processes aiming to minimize negative impacts on end users. Emphasis is placed on maintaining accurate records using SAP, monitoring performance against operating targets, and participating in site leadership activities including meetings and investigations.
