The role of Production Supervisor at Nelson Global is vital for maintaining excellence in manufacturing operations. As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all employees on a specified shift, ensuring that production targets are achieved within deadlines while upholding quality and safety standards. This leadership position requires active management of workforce performance including tasks such as assigning work, monitoring productivity, and addressing performance issues in conjunction with Human Resources. The supervisor will also be directly involved in hiring decisions, disciplinary measures, and fostering a positive work environment that promotes continuous improvement.

Your day-to-day will include communicating production goals to team leads and associates, facilitating training programs for skill development, and ensuring that safety protocols are strictly adhered to through collaboration with the Safety Manager.
