The Production Runner will work under the direct supervision of the Director of Theatre, playing an essential role in ensuring the smooth execution of concert and event days. This position is tailored to support various logistical and operational needs that arise before, during, and after showtimes. Key responsibilities include transportation duties, facilitating procurement of necessary materials and supplies from local retailers, and coordinating essential services such as laundry pickups and crew meal arrangements. The role demands adaptability, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Ideal candidates will have good familiarity with local geography and stores, possess a valid driver’s license, and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration with crew members and vendors. The Theatre seeks candidates who are proactive, reliable, and committed to contributing to a positive and efficient workplace atmosphere. Job Duties

  • transport crew to and from airports and hotels before, during, and after shows
  • purchase various products and materials needed by the tour from local stores such as Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, and Guitar Center
  • facilitate crew meal orders after shows with local vendors
  • coordinate laundry pickups for the crew
  • perform various on-site duties at the venue
  • manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • ensure timely and accurate communication with the Director of Theatre and other team members
