This position entails planning and coordinating various facets of live events, reporting directly to the Production Manager. The role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth logistical flow of live events by managing transportation, purchasing local supplies, facilitating crew meal orders, coordinating laundry services, and performing cash reconciliations. This job demands an individual highly resourceful and committed to supporting live entertainment productions at every stage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting crew members to and from various locations such as airports, hotels, and stores before, during, and after shows, ensuring punctuality and safety. They will also handle the purchase of products and materials essential for event execution, sourcing items from various local vendors including home improvement stores, supermarkets, and specialty shops.
Further responsibilities include coordinating meal orders for the crew with local restaurants to maintain workflow efficiency and comfort, organizing laundry pickups with approved providers to support costume and equipment needs, and managing the reconciliation of cash related to event expenditures. The role requires a flexible, detail-oriented individual who can work independently, solve problems effectively, maintain discretion regarding event operations, and adapt to the high-paced demands of live events. Applicants must have a valid driver's license, a good driving record, and be at least 21 years old. While owning a personal vehicle is not mandatory, it is strongly encouraged. A comprehensive background check is a prerequisite for employment. This position demands long working hours in environments that can be loud and stressful, with physical requirements including extended periods of standing, lifting, bending, and the use of radio earpieces during shifts.

Job Requirements
- Good driving record and fully insured with active driver’s license
- At least 21 years of age
- Personal vehicle not required but strongly encouraged
- Must be highly flexible and able to work long hours
- Knowledge of surrounding areas including restaurants and local stores
- Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Must be reliable, extremely responsible and have a positive attitude
- Must show complete discretion about work
- Background check required
Job Qualifications
- Requires a high school diploma or GED
- Four year degree in telecommunications-related field preferred
- Ability to effectively communicate both in written and verbal form in English
- Ability to use standard office equipment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- COVID-19 vaccination will be required subject to legally valid exemptions
Job Duties
- Plan and coordinate transportation of crew to and from airports, hotels, and stores before, during and after shows
- Purchase various products and materials required at local stores such as Home Depot, Lowes, Target, Walmart, Wholefoods, Guitar Center
- Facilitate crew meal orders with local restaurants
- Coordinate laundry pickups with approved vendors
- Perform cash reconciliation
- Manage miscellaneous tasks on an as needed basis
