Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of relevant experience
  • strong technical skills including Oracle Forms and Reports, Java JSP, shell scripting, Microsoft Office Suite
  • experience in production planning, operations, or IT support preferably in aviation or food service
  • leadership experience in manufacturing or logistics
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to work in fast-paced high-volume environments

Job Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in production planning, operations, or IT support preferably in aviation or food service industry
  • strong technical skills including familiarity with Oracle Forms and Reports, Java JSP, shell scripting, Microsoft Office Suite, and database platforms
  • excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration skills
  • experience leading teams and managing schedules in a manufacturing or logistics setting
  • ability to work comfortably in fast-paced, high-volume environments

Job Duties

  • Develop and maintain daily and long-term production schedules to meet customer demands
  • monitor and audit scheduling systems for workflow efficiency, quality, and compliance
  • run daily production reports and manifests for multiple departments
  • use diagrams and internal systems such as CBASE to verify customer specifications and ensure accurate cart packing
  • actively collaborate with Operations, Receiving, Transportation, Finance, and Customer Service to identify and resolve production bottlenecks
  • communicate operational updates clearly and promptly across teams
  • supervise and train production coordinators and provide coaching
  • lead manpower meetings, delegate tasks, and ensure proper staffing and organization
  • provide shift coverage when needed, including outside standard hours
  • troubleshoot basic IT issues such as printer connectivity, Microsoft Word, and internal systems
  • ensure compliance with Global, Corporate, and Regional Project Guidelines
