Job Requirements
- Ability to follow OSHA, EPA, and all company safety policies, rules, and regulations
- ability to operate fabrication machines in a safe manner without supervision
- must be able to lift 50 pounds, climb ladders and steps, work outside under all weather conditions when needed
- excellent communication skills, in both written and verbal form
- minimum 1 year working with heavy industrial environment experience preferred but not required
- must be able to stand for long periods of time, stretch, bend and use hands and fingers in repetitive motions

Job Duties
- Operate production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines
- participate in the CMC Safety Programs and proactively uphold the CMC Safety Culture
- crosstrain on multiple machines
- operate a forklift to move material and supplies as required
