Job Requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one year related experience and/or training
- ability to work 1st shift for initial 4 to 6 weeks of training
- willingness to transfer to 2nd shift thereafter
- ability to follow safety guidelines
- capability to handle chemical labeling and mixing processes safely
Job Qualifications

- one year related experience and/or training
- ability to follow detailed procedures and safety guidelines
- basic knowledge of manufacturing equipment operation
- strong attention to detail
- good communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Mixes product accurately and efficiently
- understands and properly uses all equipment and support systems
- follows mixing procedures verifying all ingredients and process steps
- follows all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with all methods of control and labels chemicals accordingly
- follows all safety guidelines
- follows all Good Manufacturing Practice guidelines
- follows all cleaning and sanitization guidelines
- mixes color solutions for product as needed
- pulls micro samples for R & D testing
- assists in other areas as needed
