Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two or more years experience in all areas of plant production work
- Ability to complete AIB Master Baker Correspondence Course
- Certification to operate metal detectors if assigned
- Availability for full-time work and ability to work shift differentials
- Compliance with company policies on safety and conduct

- Two or more years experience in all areas of plant production work
- Ability to complete the AIB Master Baker Correspondence Course
- Demonstrated competency in safe equipment operation and product quality assurance
Job Duties
- Ensure that production employees are instructed and trained in the care and safe operations of equipment
- Review records and procedures to ensure proper use of time and materials
- Perform continuous inspection of products to ensure quality standards are met
- Ensure that all equipment is in good operating condition
- Promote positive relations and interdepartmental communication and cooperation
- Operate the facility metal detector(s) with proper training and certification
- Ensure a safe working environment through enforcement of safety policies and procedures
- Occasionally cover for employees who are absent
- Plan and adjust work assignments of personnel to cover all phases of production
- Maintain cleanliness of work area
- Ensure compliance with all company rules, policies and procedures such as EEO, sexual harassment, and safety
- Complete AIB Master Baker Correspondence Course
- Perform other duties as directed by supervision
