Job Requirements
- Food Handlers Certificate required
- 1-2 years of experience in professional baking or dough production preferred
- strong understanding of dough behavior, mixing methods, and fermentation standards is a plus
- excellent time management and ability to meet production goals
- able to lift up to 25 lbs frequently and 50-75 lbs occasionally
- strong attention to weights, measurements, and dough consistency
- open availability and schedule flexibility
- enthusiasm for crafting high-quality pastries and working in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Collaborate proactively with the Back of House Manager and team members
- scale, mix, and prepare various doughs following standardized recipes and daily prep sheets
- follow established formulas, weights, and production procedures to ensure dough consistency and quality
- properly label, store, and organize doughs with attention to shelf life and rotation
- maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation including regular equipment cleaning
- safely operate mixers, sheeters, and bakery equipment
- track ingredient usage and report low inventory or equipment issues
- manage time efficiently to meet daily production goals
- maintain quality control on dough texture and handling
- perform additional production or cleaning tasks as assigned
