Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Willingness to work early shifts and in varying temperature environments
- Ability to follow strict safety and sanitation guidelines
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
Job Qualifications
- Experience in a production kitchen, food manufacturing, or USDA/FDA facility preferred
- Ability to follow written procedures, recipes, and safety protocols
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, structured production environment
- Strong attention to detail and consistency
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Spanish-speaking or bilingual applicants strongly encouraged
Job Duties
- Prepare and cook large-batch recipes according to approved production formulas
- Follow all USDA, HACCP, GMP, and food safety procedures
- Accurately complete production and temperature logs
- Assist with batching, cooling, packaging prep, and proper product storage
- Maintain a clean, organized, audit-ready work environment
- Follow allergen controls, labeling, and FIFO procedures
- Work as part of a production team to meet daily volume goals
