Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Check viscosity of soup
  • Wash and sanitize kettles after every formula
  • Process a daily schedule by referring to recipes and coordinating prep department
  • Fill out paperwork and IQS entries and inspections
  • Load ingredients into kettle
  • Take samples to QA
  • Retrieve and return containers from prep and blanch
  • Verify product quality including item numbers, weights, and HAACP checks
  • Follow all required safe work practices including PPE and JSA
  • Perform other duties as assigned
