Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a food production or manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to lift at least 50 lbs above head
- Ability to work in varying temperature conditions including extremes of hot and cold
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to safety procedures and protocols
- Capability to perform under stressful conditions
- Flexibility to work in multiple positions as needed
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and maintain high standards of product quality and safety

Job Duties
- Check viscosity of soup
- Wash and sanitize kettles after every formula to ensure a clean surface for the next product run
- Process a daily schedule by referring to recipes and coordinating prep department
- Fill out paperwork / IQS entries and inspections
- Load ingredients into kettle
- Take samples to QA
- Retrieve/Return containers from prep/blanch
- Verify product quality, item numbers, weights, HAACP checks
- Follow all required safe work practices such as PPE and JSA
- Perform other duties as assigned
