- knowledge of safety and food safety standards (SQF, GMP)

Job Duties
- Observe color of baked batter on grill conveyor to detect deviations
- monitor quality of product removes substandard product
- monitor flow of product and flippers
- adjust controls to monitor speed and temperature of conveyor grill
- record information about process speed, waste and weight
- check temperature of egg whites and product coming out of cooker and freezer
- monitor internal temperatures for the cook and chill step including observations and measurements to assess whether the critical control point is being met for HACCP
- understand safety, food safety (SQF) and good manufacturing practices (GMP) standards
- trained and validated to clean and sanitize workstation equipment according to PPE requirements
- trained and validated on ladder safety, proper water and drain management
- report food safety issues or concerns to supervisors, management or personnel with authority to initiate action
