Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in production control or similar operational role preferred
  • proficient in microsoft excel and outlook
  • knowledge of airline catering systems such as cbase highly desirable
  • strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to adapt to shift changes and work flexible hours
  • must be able to work on site in los angeles
  • availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Qualifications

  • basic computer skills including excel, outlook, and cbase
  • excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
  • strong general math skills
  • good verbal and written communication skills in english (spanish is a plus)
  • ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines
  • strong planning and organizational skills
  • good problem solving skills and decisiveness
  • proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent attendance record
  • openness to learn new processes and tasks
  • willingness to work flexible shifts and schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

  • work independently and within team
  • manage airline information in cbase including data input, audit and reconcile
  • communicate verbally and in writing to internal and external customers
  • print assembly and food diagrams as well as operational reports
  • manage hourly deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively
  • understand and meet customer requirements
  • operate multiple internal and external customer systems
  • ensure compliance with government regulatory agencies standards including fda, usda, osha, epa, dot, and haccp
  • maintain logs and records within department
  • monitor internal feedback loop (ifbl) and customer flight attendant comments
  • perform all other duties as assigned
