We are currently seeking an experienced Production Chef to join our kitchen team and take full ownership of our production schedule within our commissary. This role is essential in maintaining our high standards for food preparation, recipe development, and overall kitchen operations. As a Production Chef, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless execution of our culinary offerings with an emphasis on traditional Turkish cuisine, adapted with our unique twist that relies heavily on freshness and quality. The ideal candidate will bring at least five years of experience working with Turkish Cuisine in a fast-paced, high-volume environment, making them adept at managing time efficiently while maintaining precision and creativity.

The position entails a wide range of responsibilities including preparing cooking ingredients and kitchen equipment, cooking and arranging food, and developing recipes that align with our brand philosophy. Beyond the cooking station, this role also focuses on leadership and training within the kitchen team, enhancing teamwork and ensuring compliance with sanitation and safety standards. Organized and detail-oriented, the successful Production Chef will demonstrate an ability to multitask effectively, operate kitchen equipment skillfully, and uphold the cleanliness and orderliness of the kitchen workspace.

In addition to culinary expertise, great communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively, and an aptitude for managing food storage, stock, and ingredient orders are vital components of the role.
