Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Maintains food handler's card – new hires expected to have a valid card by first date of work
  • Working knowledge of and ability to speak and understand basic English preferred
  • Basic math skills
  • Ability and readiness to stand for eight-hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
  • One or more years professional baking experience preferred but not required
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Physical requirements include standing 100% of shift, walking up to two miles per shift, carrying up to 30 lbs, working in warm environments with exposure to grain dust

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 18 years old

  • Ability to stand for eight hours per shift
  • One or more years of professional baking experience preferred but not required
  • Reliable transportation

Job Duties

  • Produce high quality artisan breads and savory pastries
  • Maintain efficiency in a high volume production environment
  • Adhere to Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements
  • Work cooperatively in a team oriented environment
  • Stand and move continuously throughout shifts
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
  • Learn and improve artisan baking skills
