Job Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old
Maintains food handler's card – new hires expected to have a valid card by first date of work
Working knowledge of and ability to speak and understand basic English preferred
Basic math skills
Ability and readiness to stand for eight-hour shifts and lift up to 50 pounds regularly
One or more years professional baking experience preferred but not required
Must have reliable transportation
Physical requirements include standing 100% of shift, walking up to two miles per shift, carrying up to 30 lbs, working in warm environments with exposure to grain dust

Job Qualifications

Must be at least 18 years old
Maintain a valid food handler's card
Ability to speak and understand basic English preferred
Basic math skills
Ability to stand for eight hours per shift
One or more years of professional baking experience preferred but not required
Reliable transportation

Job Duties

Produce high quality artisan breads and savory pastries
Maintain efficiency in a high volume production environment
Adhere to Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) requirements
Work cooperatively in a team oriented environment
Stand and move continuously throughout shifts
Lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
Learn and improve artisan baking skills
