Job Requirements

  • Background in baking or similar role
  • Food safety certification required
  • Knowledge of baking procedures and health standards
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
  • Proficiency in communication skills
  • Willingness to wear personal protective equipment and company uniform

Job Duties

  • Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • Set up workstation with all required baking supplies and equipment
  • Complete ingredient preparation steps including quantifying, weighing, blending, and chopping
  • Use baking equipment such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
  • Adhere to safety precautions when using utensils
  • Store food in compliance with food safety policies and procedures
  • Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
  • Maintain friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service
  • Follow Aramark safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Secure company property by observing security protocols
