Job Requirements

Background in baking or similar role
Food safety certification required
Knowledge of baking procedures and health standards
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing for extended periods
Proficiency in communication skills
Willingness to wear personal protective equipment and company uniform

Job Duties

Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
Set up workstation with all required baking supplies and equipment
Complete ingredient preparation steps including quantifying, weighing, blending, and chopping
Use baking equipment such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
Adhere to safety precautions when using utensils
Store food in compliance with food safety policies and procedures
Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
Maintain friendly demeanor and provide excellent customer service
Follow Aramark safety regulations and food safety standards
Secure company property by observing security protocols
