Job Requirements

Background in baking or similar role
Knowledge of baking procedures and compliance with health standards
Food safety certification required
Basic mathematical skills and numeracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Physical ability to perform lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extensive walking or standing
Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment and wear designated uniforms

Job Qualifications

Background in baking or similar role
Well-versed in baking procedures, benchmarks, and compliance with health standards
Food safety certification
Proficiency in communication through written and verbal channels
Adept interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
Experience utilizing Personal Protective Equipment and wearing uniforms if required

Job Duties

Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
Set up workstation with all required baking supplies and equipment
Complete necessary steps of quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and preparing ingredients
Use baking equipment like ovens, cookers, and mixers
Adhere to safety precautions when using utensils for food preparation
Store food in alignment with food safety policies and procedures
Follow proper hygiene protocols by sanitizing work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
Ensure top-notch customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor when assisting guests, customers, clients, coworkers, and others
Adhere to Aramark safety regulations including food safety and sanitation standards
Secure company property by observing designated security protocols
