Job Requirements

Background in baking or similar role
food safety certification is obligatory
knowledge of baking procedures and health standards compliance
proficiency in basic mathematical skills
effective written and verbal communication skills
physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand or walk for extended periods
willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment and wear designated uniforms

strong written and verbal communication skills
ability to perform physical tasks like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking

Job Duties

Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
set up workstation with all the required baking supplies and equipment
complete quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and other preparation steps for ingredients
use baking equipment such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
adhere to safety precautions when using utensils for food preparation
store food following food safety policies and procedures
sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
ensure excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor
follow Aramark safety regulations including food safety and sanitation standards
secure company property by observing security protocols
