Job Requirements

  • Background in baking or similar role
  • food safety certification is obligatory
  • knowledge of baking procedures and health standards compliance
  • proficiency in basic mathematical skills
  • effective written and verbal communication skills
  • physical ability to lift, bend, push, pull, and stand or walk for extended periods
  • willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment and wear designated uniforms

Job Qualifications

  • Background in baking or similar role
  • knowledge of baking procedures and compliance with health standards
  • food safety certification
  • proficiency in basic math and numeracy
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • ability to perform physical tasks like lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and prolonged standing or walking
  • familiarity with Personal Protective Equipment usage and uniform requirements

Job Duties

  • Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • set up workstation with all the required baking supplies and equipment
  • complete quantifying, weighing, blending, chopping, and other preparation steps for ingredients
  • use baking equipment such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
  • adhere to safety precautions when using utensils for food preparation
  • store food following food safety policies and procedures
  • sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
  • ensure excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor
  • follow Aramark safety regulations including food safety and sanitation standards
  • secure company property by observing security protocols
