Job Requirements
- Background in baking or a similar role
- Knowledge of baking procedures, benchmarks, and health compliance
- Food safety certification is obligatory
- Mastery of basic mathematical skills and numeracy
- Proficient communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended standing or walking
- Willingness to use Personal Protective Equipment and wear designated uniforms
