Job Requirements

  • Background in baking or similar role
  • Knowledge of baking procedures and health standards
  • Food safety certification
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and standing
  • Willingness to use personal protective equipment and wear designated uniforms

Job Duties

  • Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • Set up workstation with required baking supplies and equipment
  • Prepare ingredients by quantifying, weighing, blending, and chopping
  • Use baking equipment such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
  • Follow safety precautions when using utensils for food preparation
  • Store food according to food safety policies
  • Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
  • Provide excellent customer service with a friendly demeanor
  • Adhere to Aramark safety regulations and food safety standards
  • Secure company property by following security protocols
