Job Requirements

Background in baking or similar role
Knowledge of baking procedures and health standards
Food safety certification required
Proficient with basic math and numeracy
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
Willingness to wear personal protective equipment and uniforms
Adherence to hygiene and safety protocols
Commitment to maintaining food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work well in a team environment

Job Duties

Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
Set up workstation with all required baking supplies and equipment
Quantify, weigh, blend, chop, and prepare ingredients accurately
Operate baking equipment such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
Adhere to safety precautions when using utensils like knives for food preparation
Store food following established food safety policies and procedures
Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
Provide outstanding customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor with guests, customers, coworkers, and clients
Follow Aramark safety regulations including food safety and sanitation standards
Secure company property by following designated security protocols
