Job Duties
- Execute daily bakery production including prepping mixing baking and finishing products
- Follow established recipes and processes to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain high standards for product appearance taste and freshness
- Assist with prepping ingredients and organizing production for the day
- Communicate inventory needs and assist with stock organization
- Maintain a clean organized and food-safe workspace at all times
- Support efficiency in production to meet daily volume needs while minimizing waste
- Assist with prep for seasonal or new menu items as directed by leadership
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
