- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous bakery or production baking experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods
- capability to lift heavy baking materials up to 50 pounds
- proficiency in using baking ovens and equipment
- willingness to work in a fast paced environment

- ability to follow recipes and production guidelines accurately

Job Duties
- make and bake a variety of baked goods including donuts breads pastries cakes and pies
- operate ovens and baking equipment to ensure accurate temperatures and proper baking of items
- monitor ingredient inventory procure supplies as needed and organize storage of ingredients
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking tools workstations and utensils
- conduct quality checks on baked products to ensure appearance texture and taste meet bakery standards
