Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred
- knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- ability to operate baking machinery safely
- strong attention to detail and quality control

- ability to work effectively in a team
Job Duties
- make and bake a variety of baked goods including pies, cookies, pastries, cakes, and bread
- operate ovens and baking equipment ensuring correct temperatures
- monitor ingredient stock and order supplies as needed
- keep baking tools, workstations, and utensils clean and sanitized
- regularly inspect baked goods for quality in appearance, texture, and taste
- follow company food safety guidelines and health department standards
- adjust production levels to meet daily par sheet requirements
