Job Duties

  • make and bake a variety of baked goods including pies, cookies, pastries, cakes, and bread
  • operate ovens and baking equipment ensuring correct temperatures
  • monitor ingredient stock and order supplies as needed
  • keep baking tools, workstations, and utensils clean and sanitized
  • regularly inspect baked goods for quality in appearance, texture, and taste
  • follow company food safety guidelines and health department standards
  • adjust production levels to meet daily par sheet requirements
