The role of Baker is an essential position within our team. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing doughs, batters, and fillings; baking pastries, breads, and desserts according to standardized recipes; and ensuring product consistency in taste, size, weight, and presentation. Additionally, you will assist in daily production schedules to meet wholesale deadlines, package and label products for delivery, and help maintain a clean and organized kitchen that adheres to food safety standards.
This is a full-time or part-time position offering an hourly wage starting between $16.60 and $18.00, with increases possible based on your performance, consistency, and job evaluations. Early morning shifts and reliability are important aspects of this job, and we value punctuality and strong communication skills. Job Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of baking or pastry production experience preferred
- ability to operate commercial kitchen equipment
- knowledge of food safety standards
