Job Duties

  • Make and bake a variety of baked goods including donuts, breads, pastries, cakes, pies, and cookies
  • operate ovens and baking machinery ensuring accurate temperatures and proper baking
  • monitor inventory of ingredients, order supplies as needed, and organize storage
  • maintain cleanliness of baking tools, workstations, and utensils to ensure a safe work environment
  • perform regular quality checks on baked goods to meet company standards
  • adjust production levels based on daily par sheet requirements
  • comply with health department and company food safety standards
