Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods

- experience working with heated ovens and baking equipment

Job Duties
- Make and bake a variety of baked goods including donuts, breads, pastries, cakes, pies, and cookies
- operate ovens and baking machinery ensuring accurate temperatures and proper baking
- monitor inventory of ingredients, order supplies as needed, and organize storage
- maintain cleanliness of baking tools, workstations, and utensils to ensure a safe work environment
- perform regular quality checks on baked goods to meet company standards
- adjust production levels based on daily par sheet requirements
- comply with health department and company food safety standards
