- Ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and handle heavy bags of flour, sugar, and baking materials up to 50 pounds
- proficiency in operating heated ovens and baking appliances
- adaptability to fast-paced and friendly work environments
- basic math skills
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior baking experience preferred
- knowledge of baking techniques and food safety standards
- ability to operate baking machinery
- strong attention to detail

Job Duties
- Make and bake a variety of baked goods including pies, cookies, pastries, cakes, and bread
- manage oven and baking equipment to ensure proper temperature and cooking
- monitor ingredient stock, order supplies as needed, and organize storage
- maintain cleanliness of baking tools, workstations, and utensils
- inspect baked goods regularly to ensure quality in appearance, texture, and taste
- complete daily par sheets for production targets
- comply with food safety and health department regulations
