Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- ability to lift heavy baking supplies up to 50 pounds
- experience with baking equipment
- understanding of food safety and sanitation guidelines
- capability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in baking or food production preferred
- knowledge of baking procedures and food safety standards
- ability to operate baking machinery and ovens
- strong attention to detail
- good physical stamina for extended standing and lifting
Job Duties
- Make and bake a variety of baked goods including pies, cookies, pastries, cakes, and bread
- operate ovens and baking equipment to maintain correct temperatures and ensure perfect baking
- monitor inventory levels of ingredients and order supplies as needed
- maintain cleanliness of baking tools, workstations, and kitchen utensils
- perform regular quality checks on baked goods to ensure visual, textural, and flavor standards are met
