Job Requirements
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to flex, shape, and lift heavy bags of flour, sugar, and other baking materials up to 50 pounds
- competence in working with heated ovens and baking appliances
- adaptability to a fast-paced and welcoming work environment
Job Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bakery or food production environment preferred
- knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients
- ability to follow detailed recipes and production schedules

Job Duties
- engage in the process of making and baking a varied selection of baked delicacies like pies, cookies, pastries, cakes, and bread

- monitor ingredient quantities on hand, procure supplies when needed, and organize ingredient storage efficiently
