Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- ability to stand for extended periods
- capability to lift and handle heavy baking ingredients up to 50 pounds
- physical ability to work near hot ovens and baking equipment
- willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-driven environment
- adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines

- previous baking or food preparation experience preferred
- ability to operate baking machinery and ovens
- knowledge of food safety standards

Job Duties
- Make and bake a variety of baked goods including donuts, breads, pastries, pies, cookies, and cakes
- operate ovens and baking equipment to ensure proper temperature and cooking
- monitor ingredient inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of baking tools, workstations and utensils
- evaluate baked goods for quality including appearance, texture and taste
- complete daily par sheet production requirements
- comply with health and food safety regulations
