Job Requirements

  • Background in baking or similar role
  • Food safety certification required
  • Basic mathematical skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, extended walking and standing
  • Willingness to use personal protective equipment and wear designated uniforms
  • Commitment to adhering to food safety and hygiene standards

  • Background in baking or a similar food production role
  • Knowledge of baking procedures and health standards compliance
  • Food safety certification
  • Basic math skills and numeracy
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Ability to handle physical demands such as lifting, bending, and standing

Job Duties

  • Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • Set up workstation with all required baking supplies and equipment
  • Complete quantifying, weighing, blending, and chopping of ingredients
  • Use baking equipment such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
  • Adhere to safety precautions when handling utensils and food preparation tasks
  • Store food according to food safety policies and procedures
  • Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils following proper hygiene protocols
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor
  • Follow Aramark safety regulations including food safety and sanitation standards
  • Observe designated security protocols to protect company property
