Job Requirements

  • Certification for food safety
  • Experience in baking or related food production
  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, pushing, pulling, and extended walking or standing
  • Proficiency in using personal protective equipment and uniforms
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
  • Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures

  • Background in baking or a similar role
  • Knowledge of baking procedures, benchmarks, and health standards
  • Food safety certification
  • Basic mathematical skills and numeracy
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Job Duties

  • Produce a range of baked goods in accordance with standardized recipes and production guidelines
  • Set up workstation with all required baking supplies and equipment
  • Prepare ingredients by quantifying, weighing, blending, and chopping
  • Use baking equipment such as ovens, cookers, and mixers
  • Adhere to safety precautions when using utensils for food preparation tasks
  • Store food in alignment with food safety policies and procedures
  • Sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils after each use
  • Ensure top-notch customer service and maintain a friendly demeanor
  • Follow Aramark safety regulations and maintain food safety and sanitation standards
  • Secure company property by observing security protocols
