High school diploma or equivalent
One year of professional baking experience
Valid Washington State Food Worker Permit
Reliable transportation
Ability to stand for long periods
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
Strong communication skills
Flexibility to work various shifts

Job Duties

Produce high quality baked goods consistently
Conduct quality control evaluations and collaborate with other bakers to correct deficiencies
Demonstrate understanding of the production process including dough preparation, lamination, bake off, and finishing
Maintain a clean production area and uphold cleanliness standards for ovens and equipment
Help maintain an organized and efficient bakery workspace
Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining product quality
Communicate effectively and professionally with team members
