- One year of professional baking experience
- Valid Washington State Food Worker Permit
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly

Job Duties
- Produce high quality baked goods consistently
- Conduct quality control evaluations and collaborate with other bakers to correct deficiencies
- Demonstrate understanding of the production process including dough preparation, lamination, bake off, and finishing
- Maintain a clean production area and uphold cleanliness standards for ovens and equipment
- Help maintain an organized and efficient bakery workspace
- Work quickly and efficiently while maintaining product quality
