Job Requirements

At least 18 years of age
1-3 years of prior manufacturing experience
ability to lift up to 50 pounds
ability to stand for extended periods
comfortable working in warm environments
effective communication in English
availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
1-3 years of manufacturing experience preferred
prior experience in food manufacturing is a plus
ability to follow safety and quality protocols
capable of working flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
effective communication skills in English
ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 pounds

Job Duties

Operate high-powered bakery machinery safely
package baked products accurately
mix ingredients following company standards
move, stack, and handle materials and equipment
inspect products and reject those that do not meet quality specifications
maintain food safety and Good Manufacturing Practices
participate and complete all required trainings and audits
